It’s no secret that the internet is a great way to lose pounds, and noom has found out just how useful it can be.

“If I want to lose 10 pounds, I’ll do anything online, even if I don’t need it, I’m not going to use a barbell to do it,” Noom told Mashable.
“You could put your phone on a couch or couchstand.
You could go on a treadmill or go on an elliptical.
You can do anything that you can find online and you’re going to be able to lose it all.
And then you can look at that and say, ‘Wow, I look great and I’m feeling great and my weight is dropping.'”
And Noom, who is a fitness expert, is also a weight loss guru.
She told Mashables that the key to losing weight online is to focus on a few things, and to take action, not just watch.
“Just keep doing what you’re doing, don’t let the internet tell you what to do,” she said.
“If you go to the gym, you can go out and get in shape, but you can’t go out for a run and then walk to the store.”
And she also said to look for what you can do instead of just watching what other people do.
“There’s nothing wrong with doing something that you like, doing something you enjoy doing, but if you don’t like it, don the internet,” Noam said.

Go for a workout on your phone, rather than on your computer.
If you’re looking for an exercise to lose some weight, go for a gym session instead.
Noom recommends taking her advice to heart.
“It’s not a bad idea to do a cardio session,” she told Mash.
“Go to the office, go to your gym and do a full cardio session.
It’s like a weightlifting workout.”
Get a weight training program.
Noam recommends you do a weight program if you want to drop weight.
“Weight training is great for people that have a lot of energy and don’t have the time to sit around and do things like walking, or doing weights,” she added.
“I don’t think you should just walk around in a weight vest, I think you’re better off doing some exercises that you would do when you’re exercising on a regular basis.”
Get enough sleep.
If a lot has been going on lately, it may be time to start getting more sleep, Noom said.
“[W]hat people don’t seem to understand is that when you lose weight and get it off, you have to get more sleep,” she explained.
“That’s not always the case, but it is.
If someone says, ‘I’ve been getting this much sleep lately, I don’t have to work out,'” she added, “it means that they’re probably not really getting the most from their sleep.”
Get the right exercise.
Noomi said it’s important to choose an exercise that’s healthy for your body and that you’ll feel good doing.
“A lot of people say that exercise that they like is not good for them, that it’s not for them,” she shared.
“But when you do something like that, it’s going to feel great, it will feel good and it’s the type of exercise that is going to help you lose the weight.”
Eat a lot less.
While there are no specific health guidelines for the type and amount of food you should eat, Noomi does recommend that you eat more when you are hungry.
“When you eat, you’re making sure that you’re eating what you need,” she stressed.
“And you need to make sure that the food that you are eating is good for you and it is good that you feel satisfied when you eat that food.”
Start to do things in groups.
Nooms suggestion is to start a group with your friends and family.
“As a group, you don’ want to get a lot distracted and just do something and not do anything else,” she advised.
“In my group, I started to do some of the things I’m doing now.”
She also said that the only way to really lose weight is to be social and to get involved in people’s lives.
“The only way that you lose 10 percent weight is by being involved in the life of others,” she emphasized.
“So, be involved in other people’s day-to-day lives.
