When the world lost its weight, a little bit of Gronk lost weight too: ‘The world lost about a pound’

A video uploaded to the Instagram account of former New England Patriots wide receiver Gronk, who weighed in at 6 feet 1 and 245 pounds, shows him eating and sleeping in the exact same position as a normal human being.

“I’m just getting ready to take the stairs,” he says as he walks out of his home in Concord, New Hampshire.

“I’m trying to stay hydrated,” he continues.

“It’s been a little frustrating.”

Gronk was a star during the Patriots’ Super Bowl run in 2017, when he caught 11 passes for 146 yards and one touchdown.

After leaving the team, he spent a year as a professional football player before signing with the Minnesota Vikings in 2018.

Gronk’s Instagram post shows him walking into a hotel room on Sunday and eating at a sushi restaurant before taking his seat in front of a television.

The post was shared more than 1,000 times on Twitter.

“You’re the best,” one user wrote.

“Thank you so much.”

The video shows Gronk eating a slice of pizza and sitting on the couch while watching “The Bachelor,” a reality show on ABC.

The host is dressed in a suit and sunglasses.

A camera pulls back to show the camera operator Gronk sitting down.

The video also shows him reading a book and watching the same episode of “The Real Housewives of New York City.”
