In order to lose the weight Peter L., who’s been married for 26 years, had to start working out twice a day, eat more, and exercise more, according to the BBC.
That’s not easy.
He has to be very active.
He’s been working out on a treadmill every morning and evening.
So the daily exercise has to make up for the hours spent in bed.
But he says that his diet is still very good.
“I think it’s important to eat good food and I think it helps with your body’s ability to maintain your weight,” he told the BBC in 2013.
Lately, Loughran has been getting his life in order, too.
Loughrann started a blog about his weight loss, but now his main focus is on his children and wife.
“My wife is not very happy about it and she says, ‘I don’t think Peter will be able to do it’,” Loughrin said.
“He’s not doing it because he wants to, he’s doing it just because he has to.”
“I’ve been working on my own to get myself up to the challenge,” he said.
He even started an online diet support group for others to share their tips on weight loss.
He says that people have to work hard to achieve weight loss goals, and he wants people to do the same.
“If you can’t do it by yourself, then you need help,” he added.
So far, he says he’s had positive feedback from other readers, and people are getting more motivated to get into the game. “
But I think that if you’re going to be a successful weight loss blogger, you’ve got to be willing to do something that others won’t do.”
So far, he says he’s had positive feedback from other readers, and people are getting more motivated to get into the game.
“The comments on my blog are overwhelming,” Loughrn says.
“And people have started sending me emails about how to lose even more weight.”
And now Loughraan has some good news.
He just got a letter from a person who lost 60 pounds in six months.
And his daughter, who lost 75 pounds in a year, also recently got a message from someone who had a similar experience.
“When I look back on the last six months, I think I have been able to achieve what I set out to achieve,” Lohran told the Associated Press.
“There are no limits.”
