If you’re tired and want to look your best, it’s not going to be easy.

You should aim for one meal per day.

If the meal is low in protein and fat, you can also make an occasional snack with a high protein or low fat food.

These snacks are usually very small and can be eaten with water or ice.

If it’s low in fat and salt and you can’t afford it, it might be time to eat more to lose some weight faster.
